These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evimetra application and website (together, “the Service”), published by Aurevia Studio and operated by Europe Services SE, Kubelíkova 1224/42, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic (IČO 03571785). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
Evimetra lets you set a baseline for selected wellness areas (face, scalp & hair, nails, smile), capture guided photos over time under consistent conditions, and view quantified indicators and trends that estimate change relative to your own baseline. Photos are encrypted and stored securely, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service provides aesthetic wellness tracking for general informational purposes. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, dermatological or dental advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
Evimetra offers auto-renewing subscriptions:

You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; circumvent security or subscription controls; upload unlawful content; use the Service to harm others; or use automated means to access the Service except as permitted. You will use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial wellness tracking.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and the “Evimetra” name and logo, is owned by Europe Services SE / Aurevia Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Your capture photos and derived indicators are yours. They are stored securely and we claim no ownership over them; we never sell them, never share them with advertisers, and never use them to train AI, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may release updates that you need to install to keep using the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that indicators are accurate for any specific purpose or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Europe Services SE and Aurevia Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service’s indicators. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, where permitted by law.
