This Privacy Policy explains how Evimetra (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our wellness application on iOS and Android. Evimetra is designed around a simple principle: your photos are protected. The most sensitive thing you give us — images of your face, scalp, nails and smile — is encrypted, stored on secure EU servers, never sold, and never used to train AI.

The core function of Evimetra is to capture guided photos of specific wellness areas and measure how they change over time. Because these images are personal, we treat them with the highest level of care.
Your captures are encrypted and sent over a secure connection to our servers, where the measurement engine — landmark detection, alignment to your baseline, and the calculation of your wellness indicators — is performed. The image and the numeric indicators derived from it (for example a hydration or evenness score) are stored so the app can show your trend over time. We never use your images to train AI and never share them with advertisers.
When a feature requires our servers (for example account sign-in or subscription validation), only the minimum necessary information is transmitted, as described below. Your capture images are never part of that transmission.

You can use large parts of Evimetra without creating an account. An account is used to restore your subscription and preferences across sessions.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the app and your subscription), consent (for optional diagnostics and marketing emails, where applicable), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product reliability), and legal obligation (accounting and compliance).
We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers who act on our instructions:

These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and may only process it on our instructions, solely for the purposes above. Your photos are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting support@evimetra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can delete your photos directly in the app at any moment, and they are removed from our servers.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and reputable EU-based infrastructure to protect your data. Your photos are never sold and never used to train AI. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we apply strong safeguards to protect your most sensitive data.
Evimetra is not directed to children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where any transfer outside the EEA is required (for example app-store operations), it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or the law. Material changes will be signalled in the app or on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date.
